. Here's a card with a Cinderella posted to the recipient in an envelope 1952. Writer states "could not find room in your cover to stick it on......." What makes it interesting IMO (apart from the stamp) is that the writer of the card is the designer of the seal - Ralph Dyer. He writes ........."the above seal is the design I made for that event (4th ASDA National Postage Stamp Show - Nov 1952)......." (Boat is S.S United States)  . |
