Hi Ralph

It's not actually clear that he has got around the RM monopoly. And to be honest, it doesn't sound as if he is fulfilling the conditions needed to operate a private postal service.

Sorry, am hectic busy down this end, not only with the post, but other work and 2 kids to deal with, plus lots of media involvement, responses to philatelists worldwide etc taking much time. Got a whole bunch of post to go out tomorrow and Friday.
 
Anyway, won't start with my waffling yet. I am now part of the Forum, hurrah! I will answer any questions you guys have, but forgive me if my responses take a couple of days sometimes.
 
Also, as a footnote, a local collector has just sent an article re: PFP, off to Gibbons Stamp Monthly with good info (more accurate than media stuff) for collectors, hoping to make June edition, but maybe July if not.
