NO!!!!

I apologise again for the delay but I am hoping to get the issue out now before the end of the month.  There have been a lot of unavoidable obstacles along the way* but these are clearing up now and I can now see the wood for the trees.

I am also ahead of myself on the 2023 Isle of Vue issue so no need to worry about that either! It will not be as expansive as the 2022 issue, lesson learnt!

Stamp design and production remains only a hobby for me and while in previous years I have been able to scrape into the February 14th deadline, it has all too frequently proved to be a challenge. This year events have completely overwhelmed what spare time I have had, it's been a difficult time all round.

Thanks again for all your patience.

* One recent and unscheduled 'interference' has been talking to a journalist about the early days of the Terry Pratchett stamps, which was more time-consuming and detailed than I had expected it to be - though I think the published results will one day prove interesting to many of the collectors here.

I hadn't realised that my full postal address is currently published somewhere on the Emporium website (or possibly on the Discworld Catalogue site?) so it had been easy for the publishers to find me despite Alan and my own names being removed from the stamps' history elsewhere.

I am sure this contravenes Data Protection Regulations these days (if someone published a private address here that was not their own I would ask them to remove it) but I suppose I should be grateful on this occasion to Steve James - or whoever - for inadvertently providing the free publicity and contact details.

When time permits I will make enquiries about how to enforce the removal of my address details in future.

Anyway, an ill wind and all that.  Wink

Good to hear.  I have had the funds set aside since February, and I am now looking forward to the 2023 stamps also.

And by the way, everyone knows you did the early Discworld stamps because Steve James has done a very good job of making sure your name is all over the Discworld Stamp Catalogue, as is Alan's, so all their new collectors should be able to see that too.

I’ve ordered them.  I’ll be able to add them to the heap of previous years’ issues on my desk!

The box arrived safely Colin. There is a lot of stuff nside but I’m sure it’ll squeeze down small to allow me to get previous years sets into it! 😃
