I highly recommend the new Halloween/All Hallows stamps from Colin and FarFetchedPhilately.
Superb Quality.

The image on the Red, Blue, Green and Purple Batwomen Stamps makes me wonder whether an updated Adult version of the Batman comic is being launched ?

and there is a new edition of the "Wyrd Wincanton" stamp too

take a look....

AND you can play spot the Variant !

The "witch and wizard" variant is a bit trickier to spot than the Batwomen

They do seem quite risqué for Colin.Shocked

I had to add a body-stocking to the costume to make the original (vintage) image acceptable to modern social media...

Funny how standards change, but I suppose nowadays any image is much more widely distributed - and with less control applied - than in the old days of private galleries and exhibitions.

Thank you Charles - and thank you to everyone who has bought these stamps, I didn't expect them to get quite the reaction they have, I am having to perforate some more this weekend but I'm not complaining  :-)

Have the photos disappeared?    Cry

I haven't been here for a long time and was looking at old threads and there are a lot of gaping holes where they used to be pictures.

But it seems to be affecting new posts and threads too.

Do we need to put another 50p in the metre?

I think that that particular image has probably been removed by Colin since it no longer available. Other images from some early posts may have disappeared for other reasons. More recent posts still have their images.

I hope the pictures come back, it is always nice to have pictures on the forum, especially my stuff... which, by the way, is still very much for sale on Etsy at the Far-fetched Philately shop.

Most of my sales there are going to America - which is no surprise as much of it is Halloween-related - but SOON there will be a new issue for sale on Etsy which is about as British as it is possible for a stamp to be!   Wink

Exciting!Big smile

If you're able to be at all a bit more specific about what SOON* means, I will set up a reminder to myself to check out your etsy pages. Otherwise, I expect I shall forget until it is too late.Cry

* Or perhaps it is an acronym for "Should be October Or November"???

It's nothing as sophisticated as an acronym, it simply means I'm still working on it  ;-)

When the time comes I might start a separate shop for it as the design doesn't blend well with the All Hallows theme of the existing Etsy shop - so I will post here to let everyone know what's going on...

Until then...
