Hello ! I really like adverting poster stamps, from the 10's to the 50's... I admire colors, imaginations and sometimes i find some stamps about towns (in France) or region from my origins... it's funny ! |

One of the greatest poster stamps of all time. Designed in 1912 by the Austrian artist Egon Schiele (1890-1918). It features a self-portrait and text advertising a festival of music and literature in Vienna. Schiele died, at the tragically young age of 28, in the last pandemic, the so-called Spanish Flu.
