Where was your local Post Office back then? Might they still have some copies?

Have you made any other stamps since?  Can you remember where were the stamps perforated?

Thanks, I will ask Colin.

The Post Office was on the edge of Beaconsfield, Bucks.  It is no longer there, and I am sure the lovely Mr Duck will be in the great Post Office in the sky by now.  His sense of humour was legendary, he would have made a wonderful contributor to your forum here.

Haven't done another stamp since, but never say never. The perforating was handled by the village printer and I am sorry to say I do not have a clue where the work was done. I don't suppose they had a perforator on site.

Thanks again for all the interest here and from the messages.
