Whatever happened to these Sporten stamps?

Were they ever released as sheets or covers?

It's done...

The most up-to-date design is at the printers and some new Shortens should be available very shortly...

You might even spot some of the 'prototype' Slippenpollen stamps (and other new Laernu Sporten designs) in the mixed bags currently on sale on eBay...

Stay tuned!

Just to clarify that the PS in my previous message was for Steve re the second of the three Sporten images he posted. Probably didn't make that very (or at all) clear in my message.

I'm very late to post the sporten pair which was on an envelope I received from Colin last month. Time has been eaten up in helping my son do his final revision for his GCSEs (maths, biology, chemistry and physics help was on my plate) during the past five weeks. But here it is now. It is a tete-beche pair of the 2F Slippenpollen.

PS Steve, I think the second of yours reads Hissenwranglun.

Has anybody else had a preview of the New Sportens? I have these showing the Laernuan sports of Pescaclubbenbatallen, Hissenwablun and Wubblysomething. All three show what sort of Variants we can expect with this issue.

If you have any to add to these, please do so

The Sporten stamps shown on the Stampex postcards are all prototypes and not available for sale, although I might make up some more 'Sticky Bits' mixed bags one day when I have a better selection of new issues to sell and will include the remaining Sporten tests in those.

Are the stamps shown on the Stampex postcards the Rio stamps Colin?  I don't see the connection   :-(

Can I buy some anywhere?
