George Edward Wade (1869-1954), later Sir George and known professionally as George Robey was an English comedian, singer and actor who started in musical theatre. Here is one of a set of 12 Cinderellas depicting Him in support of Scouting issued in 1912 along with a signed photograph that I came upon.

Not forgetting the Discworld Scouting stamps. Strictly speaking, apart from the $5 triangular stamp, these are not Discworld stamps since they relate to a Round-World, i.e. the Earth, in Wincanton in 2007 with pre-decimal British currency and never existed on the Discworld.
